The Property Record Database was created from the Property Records on file at the PVA office.
This database includes records city and county, and commercial properties.
To quickly complete searches, please make your parameters as narrow
as possible.
For Example: If I wish to view all of the properties owned by John Smith, I
would enter: Smith John in the Name Search Field.
Instead of Smith John, I could also enter Smith in the
Name Search Field; the database would then return all of the records of anyone with
the last name of Smith. The records can also be searched by only part of the last name, ie
by entering S, all the records
with last names beginning with S are retrieved. This also works with Map Numbers,
Addresses and Deeds. By entering 001 in Map, I'll see all the properties in map 001. By entering 619 in Address, I'll see all the records
with addresses beginning with 619 (619 Main St, 619 Hwy 641, 619 12th St, ect). Lastly, by
entering 106 in DeedBook,
I'll see all the records in deedbook 106.
